You'll be guided through eight simple movements. You don't need to be an athlete to do them.

BEFORE YOUR SCREEN

Our host will answer any questions you might have while you wait for your turn.

AFTER YOUR SCREEN

The host will go through the report generated by the 3D motion-capture technology.

Start feeling better with your personalized movement session. These low-stress corrective movements target your top priority and can be done in about 15 minutes, four days a week. 

 

You'll receive an email with a link to a mobile-friendly version of your movement session so you can take it anywhere. 

While results vary, participants can start feeling better in just two weeks.
